Ginseng comes in many forms such as capsules, powder and tea so you can choose what you like. For long-term benefits, it is adviced to take 500 to 1500 milligrams a day. But you can increase it up to 2000 mg if youre using it for therapeutic purposes. It is best not to take it just before bedtime since it may cause sleeplessness for others.
